If served with salad, Tuna Fritters can be very delicious; they are very sweet when taken together with Greek yoghurt. When preparing them, you can use boneless canned salmon and any leftover fighters can be used the following day in a sandwich. If properly prepared, a family is certain of having a lunch that is very delicious without necessarily consuming excessive fats

Ingredients

  • 200g tuna (about 300g can drained)
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Sprinkle paprika
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup corn
  • Cooking spray

Method

1. Place all ingredients inside a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients until they are combined

2. Heat the non-stick fry pan that’s been sprayed using the cooking pan. Place scoops of that mixture inside the pan. Cook each side for a few minutes

3. Add Greek yoghurt and serve it together with a side salad so that you can have a delicious lunch

* Servings: 6 adults

* Serving size: 72 grams
